Welcome to our new blog for 2025-26! We hope to share all the wonderful things we are learning about in the Resource Base.

Bumblebee Class are Year 1 and Year 2 children.

Friday 19 December 2025 Friday 19th December We have had a lovely last week of term with lots of exciting things to do.

Friday 12 December 2025 Friday 12th December What a wonderfully busy and festive week we've had in class, with the children working hard rehearsing the Christmas play, learning a poem for our church service, and getting fully into the Christmas spirit.

Friday 28 November 2025 Friday 28th November What a wonderful week we have had in class! The children have been busy exploring stories, seasons, shapes and more, and it has been lovely to see their enthusiasm and creativity shine through in every activity.

Thursday 18 September 2025 Friday 19th September This week, we started by talking about feelings. We used playdough to create faces showing different emotions. It was a great way to explore how we all experience many feelings—and sometimes even more than one at the same time!
