Friday 19th December

We have had a lovely last week of term with lots of exciting things to do.

On Monday, we performed our final Nativity play and it was wonderful to see so many parents joining us. The children did themselves proud – they sang beautifully, spoke confidently, and put on a fantastic performance.

On Tuesday, we wore our Christmas jumpers to school and enjoyed a delicious Christmas dinner. We made Santa placemats and decorated crowns to wear at lunch. Afterwards, we had a fun Christmas party with the Honeybees class.

We also finished sewing and decorating our Christmas stockings using our own designs, and then evaluated how successful our work had been.

Later in the week, we enjoyed lots of festive activities. The children wrapped presents, made reindeer food, and prepared a tasty reindeer crispy cake, which everyone enjoyed.

We would like to wish everyone a very happy Christmas and New Year, and we look forward to seeing all the children back at school on Tuesday 6th January.
