Well done Marvellous Meerkats!
Wow- what an amazing Term 1 the marvellous Meerkats have had. As we said to the children today, we are so proud of them and all they have achieved this term; bonding together as a new class, arriving each day with oodles of enthusiasm and definitely growing their brains! A fantastic start the year. Keep it up Magnificent Meerkats!
It was great to welcome so many of you to the first of our Parent Events on Monday. Your support at these events is always appreciated. We hope you enjoyed the game and the opportunity to build a beetle.
Next term Meerkat Class will be swimming on Tuesday afternoons. This will replace our outdoor PE session for Term 2 so can the children please wear their outdoor PE kit to school on Tuesdays. As the children remove their shoes in school they can still wear their school shoes to school on Tuesdays. A huge big thank you to the parents and grandparents who have volunteered to walk with us to the pool on Tuesdays. The children will need a small bag (rucksack) to carry their towel, swimwear and swim hat to the pool.
