The final result!

Wow!

There are no more words that can be said about the wonderful puppets that the children have produced. They are amazing! The children have worked so hard on them and they should be incredibly proud of their newly acquired skills! The change in their ability to sew has been wonderful to watch. We now have some beautiful patterns and some complex designs when the children are able to use the binca.

Once the children had finished their puppets, they then wrote some lovely instructions about how they made them. The vocabulary they used was mind blowing and they could all recall their knowledge from the topic. 

A huge thank you goes out to all you lovely parents who turned up to the parent event on Tuesday. You have all been so supportive of the children through the year. The interest you showed in their learning and just looking through their books before making the puppets was lovely. 

We break up for half term on Friday and return for the final term on Monday 5th June. The year has flown by and once we know the arrangements for transition we will let you know. 

On return, Mrs Russam will be in class Monday - Wednesday and Thursday afternoon, Mrs Watts will be in class on Thursday morning and all day on Friday.
