Panda Class Term 5

Welcome back Panda Class. Term 5 -here we come!

It has been so lovely to hear about all the lovely things Panda Class have been doing during the Easter Holidays.   They have certainly come back rested and ready for term 5.

This week, we have introduced our new Geography topic about Kenya and we have been looking at atlases to locate the country.  We have also started a new book ‘The Ugly 5’ by Julia Donaldson which ties in perfectly with our Geography topic.  Here is a link to the story if you would like to listen to it at home. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m4FBEfLNtQY

In maths, we have been counting in 2’s, 5’s and 10’s and using apparatus to help us with our learning.

Next Wednesday is our Noah’s Ark School Trip.  The children will need to wear their school jumpers with comfortable trousers and sturdy shoes.  We will be back in school for the end of the school day but please keep an eye on social media for any updates.

Our PE days are now back to Tuesday’s and Friday’s so please ensure your child comes to school dressed ready for their PE lesson.
