Glass workshop

The children had a wonderful experience this week taking part in a glass workshop run by Alex Compton an artist from Trowbridge. The children each made a mini-beast using pieces of glass that would then be fused together in the kiln. The children listened well and found the whole process fascinating. The finished art pieces are going to be put together in a collaborative mobile piece to link with the work we have been doing on Alex Calder.
