Busy Zebras

This week, we have been very busy again and working hard. The children have been enjoying composing their own Bog Baby stories in English and we have been planning our ideas, focusing hard on writing sentences that have a capital letter, full stop and finger spaces. The children have been looking at 1 more/less in Maths and have been working practically to count on and order numbers.

We have been lucky enough to have a visitor in school this week. Reverend Rebecca has supported our learning in RE and has spoken to us about kindness.

In PE, we have been focusing on using an under arm throw to pass accurately and have enjoyed some target practise!

We have loved having Miss Trim and Miss Bradley in class, our trainee teachers and they have taken the register, read us some stories and have supported us in our group work.

We are very much looking forward to our trip to Westonbirt Arboretum next week on Tuesday- so fingers crossed for some sunny weather :-)
