This week the children have experienced a visit from a musical band playing different tunes from England and Scotland. The children joined in clapping, dancing and singing. We listened to a harp, accordion and violin.

We have also been making numbers with base ten and partitioning them into different parts. We have been identifying how many tens there are in a number.

In P.E we have started a new theme called athletics. We have been working on our stamina this week and thinking about how we can improve our technique to help us run for longer periods of time.
