Maths and Computing

It has been another week of fun and laughter in Giraffe Class. We have all been working as part of a team to fill our gem jar to help us earn rewards. It has been amazing to see how teamwork is bringing us closer together.

There are lots of photos this week of us enjoying using our digital printing as part of our computing lessons and moving in lots of different ways as part of our PE lessons.

We have been finishing off our work with Mr Grinling and have written a diary entry about the events of trying to stop those pesky seagulls from stealing his lunch.

In Maths we have looked at counting in steps of ten and begun looking at adding two 2-digit numbers together. We had to use a special tens frame to help us.

This week we managed to fill our gem pot. As a treat Giraffe Class decided that they wanted to have some bubbles. We had a great time outside enjoying ourselves.

Just a reminder that Giraffe class swim on a Tuesday so need to come to school in their PE kits.
