Caring Meerkats.

A very short blog this week due to me being off school.  I will upload all the pictures from this week on next week’s blog.

I have heard that the marvellous Meerkats have been fabulous as always and have been working very hard.  The children started their new history topic of ‘The Nurturing Nurses – Florence Nightingale and Mary Secole’ and I heard that they had a great time practising their nursing skills with bandages!

Just a reminder, outdoor PE is on Monday and indoor PE is on Wednesday.  Please ensure your child comes to school in their PE kit on these days.

• A plain white t-shirt
• Black shorts / joggers for outdoor PE
• Children can wear their school sweatshirt or cardigan
• Plimsolls (daps)

Next week, I will be in class Monday, Wednesday afternoon, Thursday and Friday with Mrs Hughes taking Meerkat Class all day Tuesday and Wednesday morning.  Ms Smith, our amazing TA will be with the class all week.
