This week the children have had great fun using the water to measure the capacity of different containers. We were very grateful for the cool down!! We thought about how water was much better to measure capacity than blocks or dice and then used the water to compare different amounts. We used the language full, empty, half full etc and had lots of fun. We then used the containers to measure amounts accurately comparing which was more 1ml or 1l.

The children also enjoyed making their own books in computing. Taking pictures, inserting them and adding captions. We had some very interesting booklets.
