Spring is in the air!
This week the weather has been so lovely that we have managed to get onto the Trim Trail for our class playtimes. It has made such a difference to our learning and meant that we can develop our climbing and running skills. We have had such a lovely amount of space to run around.
For English we have been looking at writing letters and how to structure them. We will be writing our own persuasive letters using all of the skills we have been taught.
In Maths we have begun a new unit on measurement. The rulers have been out and we have been looking at the difference between centimetres and metre and how we would measure different objects.
To complete our Art topic we have made our own abstract pieces in the style of Georgia O’Keefe and used the skills of mixing primary and secondary colours to pain them. They have made the most beautiful display.
