Friday 1st October - Millipedes are Mathematicians

We have had another busy week in Millipedes! We have continued learning our sounds in RWI, this week we have learnt 'b', 'f', 'e', 'l' and 'h'. We have managed to spend time looking at and feeding the school chickens. Millipedes class have been looking at matching objects that are the same, and sorting objects into groups. We have been sorting objects by colours and shapes and we have been comparing Numicon seeing if they are the same or different. We used construction materials to make matching towers, went to the trim trail to collect conkers and leaves, and then sorted them into groups. We have had a very busy week. Millipedes have a restful weekend, you deserve it after all your hard work this week!
